Above Ground Pools > King George Pools
You've never seen a 52” deep pool built as strong as King George
because none are made with such care for quality and details.

All major components of King George pool are made of heavy gauge extruded aluminum
From the ground up this is a pool built for strength.
The bottom track supports the wall sections in a receiving channel, providing a solid foundation and maximum overall structural integrity of King George pool.
Most pool walls are made of flexible aluminum or sheet steel, which require the pool to be filled to give it strength. King George’s wall panels and uprights are constructed of 4” wide interlocking sections of extra-heavy extruded aluminum.
The massive 6” top rail, like the bottom rail, is also made of extra-heavy extruded aluminum as are the vertical stabilizer bars.
Both the top rail and bottom rail sections are bolted together using 5/8” machine bolts and 1/4” extruded aluminum joiners.
All exposed aluminum parts are given a coat of electro-statically applied and baked gray polyester to give a smooth, high-gloss finish that will last for years.
It all adds up to strength and durability. But don’t take our word for it.
Before you put the water in the pool, we dare you to try to shake King George!
This cutaway shows you just how well built King George Pool really is

All that strength means all these advantages of King George pool:
The walls are self-supporting, so whether you put the King George Pool above ground, semi, or inground, you don’t ever have to worry about the walls collapsing or caving in.
It would take a gun shot to puncture the walls, so you never have to worry about the liner getting punctured through the wall by sharp objects or hard blows.
Liner installation is a snap. Most pools have you hang the liner over the walls and then hold it in place with the top track and rail. Which means you have to remove the top rack and rail to replace the liner...and that could collapse the walls, especially if partially inground. King George Pool has a beaded liner. The beaded edge of the liner fits snugly into the top rail receiver channel. And should you have to replace it - like we said - it’s a snap!
Speaking of liners. King George pools comes with a beaded full print liner with a pattern. Each beaded liner is made of premium gauge virgin vinyl. Then it’s winterized and treated with fungicide and ultraviolet inhibitors for a long life. Each seem has the widest lap welds in the industry assuring reliability.
Best of all, you know this pool will last for years of enjoyment. We’re so confident in King George that each pool comes with a Lifetime Warranty.
How can you tell if a pool was designed for
semi-inground or inground use ?
Never bury a pool that was intended for aboveground use. You can easily tell the difference. Above ground pools have flexible rolled sheet walls.
You will never find an inground pool with a rolled wall.
The King George pool is made with rigid, interlocking, extruded aluminum panels. These interlocking panels are self-supported in an extra thick extruded aluminum frame. This is the same type of construction used on inground pools.
The King George pool is super easy to install and will far outlive most steel pools.
